Trustee Period
SalzburgersThe Salzburgers were people who came to the colony of Georgia for religious reasons. They weren't allowed to practice their religion (Christian.) They came to Georgia for a fresh start, however the Englishmen didn't want them there. So, the Englishmen sent the Salzburgers to places nobody else wanted and gave them jobs nobody else wanted to do. They created the towns of Ebenezer and New Ebenezer in the process.
MalcontentsDissatisfied people in the colony of Georgia who disagreed with the rules of the Trustees. They believed that the colonists should be allowed to own land, drink rum/alcohol, own slaves, etc.

Highland ScotsCame to Georgia from Europe. Was said to be the fiercest warriors/soldiers in all of the land. James Oglethorpe recruited them to the colony of Georgia so that if the Spanish were to ever attack the colony, the Highland Scots could over rule.
Spanish ThreatThe Spanish were a threat to the English because the Spanish wanted to colonize The New World. They set up Spanish Missions to get the Indians to try to become catholic. Once the Spanish invaded Georgia and lost, they were no longer a threat
